Utah!

So this weekend i got to go to Utah with Coleman's family. It was so much fun. We left Idaho falls at 3 on Friday afternoon. Since we took Coleman's truck we got to watch a movie on the way down so the drive wasn't too bad.. it did rain on us but it wasn't too terrible. Hilary and Hailey met us at our hotel in Layton and spent the weekend with us too. which was a lot of fun since we don't get to see them very often. We went to Taipan Trading Friday night which i have to say thanks to Cole's family because they really only came with us there because Coleman and i wanted to go there for some new decorating ideas for the house. Saturday we woke up had breakfast and went to RC Willey. That is a pretty cool store. It's huge and there is definitely a lot to choose from. Once again the family was good sports about tagging along and didn't complain too much. Coleman and i got some really great furniture ideas from there and hopefully once the house is closer to being done we'll be able to drive down there and come back with some new things for the house. After RC Willey we all decided that we needed to go to the Layton Hills Mall but on our way there be got stuck in a really bad traffic jam. It was raining really hard and the power was out in the mall by the time we actually got there. We decided to leave and come back later but 5 minutes after we left the power came back on!! joy for us! The MAIN reason for going to Utah was so that we could go to Frightmares at Lagoon but the weather was really yucky. We went anyways it was fun but i was FREEZING the whole time it was so stinkin cold!! I was happy when someone suggested grabbing some hot chocolate at a gas station before we head back to the hotel. And then on Sunday we just drove home. it was a very nice little weekend trip. I really enjoyed getting away from school for a few days and just being able to spend time with the love of my life and my future in-laws!! i can't wait to be married!
