Memorial Day

As this wonderful weekend comes to an end i thought i would post the best part of my day!! Coleman and i went and bought some pretty plants and planted them in the flower bed next to the front door!! The first vegetation on the Oswald soil!! :) It made my whole day. I'm not going to lie I've been having a hard time already this summer since we don't have a yard so being able to do a little bit of yard work made me very happy!! I love it and so does the family. Thanks to my wonderful mother i got her yard working genes!! She helped me dig the wholes and plant the bushes. It was really fun. Thanks mom for all of your hard work!! I can't wait to get more yard work done but this is a GREAT start! :)

Hair Tattooing

So last week in school we had a class on hair tattoos. Now you may think "why would anyone ever want to do that?" but it is becoming much more popular in younger teens! I talked my brother in to comin to coming to my school to be my model, which wasn't hard because he got to miss out on his cooking class. It was fun and a great learning experience!! its actually a lot harder than it looks but i think it turned out pretty good for the first time ever doing it!! I did have a little help from my friends at school too. Thanks girls!

So the 86 on the right side is DeeJay's dirt bike racing number. The design on the bottom is just a bunch of crazy things we wanted to try out. And the ASR on the left side of his head means "Air Stephen Racing" which for anyone that doesn't know that is like the Poorman family racing team!! so its pretty sweet. oh and the steps on the side!! that wasn't my choice, that was all my brother! :)

Its been TOO long!!

I can't believe how long i have had to go without blogging. I must say it has been hard for me and i have really missed looking at every one's posts. I can't imagine very many people look at this anyways but here is just what I've been up to. School has practically been killing me! I feel like i live there most the time since i am there all day every day...literally. I leave the house normally at 7:30 in the morning and i don't usually get home until about 10 or 10:30 at night. Its been really hard but I've been putting in a lot of extra hours so i can get done with school!! I hate not being able to see Coleman very much but i know for a fact that its going to pay off here in about 2 weeks. My last day of school is June 5,2009!! I'm totally excited to be done with school. Its already the most liberating feeling ever!! I have enjoyed my school year for the most part, besides all of the dumb drama and the little cliques that tend to naturally take place its been GREAT!! I really am so lucky to have gone to such an amazing school. This next week I'm going to be taking an Opulence Hair Extension class which i am very very excited about. So if anyone is interested in extensions let me know ;) I will also be taking a nail class (finally) so I'm excited about that too.
Cole and i are really enjoying our new house, or what we get to see of it. I can't wait to start working on the outside and making the dirt prettier.. Its not easier to make that cruddy stuff look good but we're going to do our best until we can afford to do a sprinkler system and a yard. Its really crazy how things just start to pile up with a new house. I'm excited to start working so that i can help get those things going a little faster. I'm still going to be working at Trade Secret when I'm done with school!! Except that i will switch to a stylist there. I'm totally excited about that. I love working there because it's such a great job!! I work with a group of really amazing girls and i couldn't ask for a better place to start out cutting hair. Coleman is doing well with his job he is just staying busy and trying to hang in there for the next few weeks without me and my busy schedule. The dogs have been fun for him to have around. They keep him good company. Koda is becoming much better behaved. He's actually pretty fun to be around most the time and Mac just keeps growing and slobbering all over everything. Well hopefully it won't take me as long to blog again!

wedding

So i know its been forever since i put up a post but its just been crazy lately!! The wedding was awesome except for me being sick all day it went really well. Everyone was doing there job and it flowed better than i could have ever expected it to. It wouldn't have been pulled off without the help of my friend montgomery!! she rocked the reception making sure everything was ready to go!! Also big thanks to my aunt joanne who helped decorate for the reception. it was beautiful and i loved it. Hilary and Hailey sang at the ring ceremony which was beautiful!! They both did such and amazing job. Cole and i owe a big thanks to everyone that helped with the wedding, luncheon, ring ceremony and reception we really appreciate everyone's help... And now me and cole couldn't be happier. We're living in our new house with the two dogs and its crazy cuz we're both so busy but its a lot of fun! Our house is so awesome and its fun to live in. It still has a lot of work with decorating and all but its still awesome. We love being married. I couldn't ask for a better husband and best friend.

Updates

So since i finally have a few minutes i thought i would just give a little update. Here is our announcement! I feel like it turned out really well. The wedding is coming so fast and i am very excited and pretty well prepared for it i think. The house is also coming right along. Its completely finished all we are waiting on right now are inspections and some law suits to finish up so that we can close on the house. Cole and i are hoping and praying that we'll have it all closed by the wedding but i think its going to be cutting it close. I guess we'll just see though. I must say that i am very very excited to have the house finished. It has turned out so beautiful and i can't wait for it to officially be ours. So our wedding is in 12 days and its so crazy to think that im actually going to be a married woman! I am the luckiest girl in the world to have such an amazing guy like Coleman. I don't know how i would survive without him in my life. I love him so much.

Valentines

So nothing super exciting happened for me on valentines but Deejay got asked to the dance and i did his date's hair! Which was actually kind of fun. They both looked so cute. Bridgette and Deejay have a little crush on each other i think so that made it even cuter! :)

This was Deejay's first time being asked to a girl's choice dance so i think he was pretty excited about the whole thing. I was happy for him. My mom didn't have her camera so i got to play the act of the proud mom taking pictures!
